In cursul zilei de  Marti, 30 Iunie 2009,  Mozilla va lansa noua versiune a browserului sau, FireFox 3.5.

Dintre facilitatile FireFox 3.5:

Firefox 3.5 will include a private browsing mode that hides browser activity, a sped-up JavaScript engine known as TraceMonkey, new location services, and support for several emerging HTML 5 features.

HTML 5 support will allow the browser to natively play video encoded in the open source Ogg Theora format and Ogg Vorbis audio, which provides for manipulation and editing of video without the use of an external program.

Oficialii EU au spus ca au cazut de acord cu producatorii de telefoane mobile (inclusic Iphoneul de la Apple ) pentru a introduce un nou model unic, mai eficient, de incarcator care poate fi folosit si pentru terminalele destinate transferului de date.

The television images the world has been used to seeing of the historic moment when Neil Armstrong descended down a ladder onto the moon’s surface in 1969 is grainy, blurry and dark.

The following scenes, in which the astronauts move around the lunar lander, are so murky it is difficult to make out exactly what is going on, causing conspiracy theorists to claim the entire Apollo 11 mission was an elaborate fraud.

Apple has reversed itself on the ‘Hottest Girls’ app for the iPhone. The company briefly allowed the software into the App Store on Thursday, but then removed it after the developer started showing pictures of topless women.

Availability of the app made it appear that Apple may have loosened its strict prohibitions on adult content in the store. But Apple pulled the software, and made it clear its policies are still the same.
